NEWS
- COMING SOON - P.S. Don't Tell Your Mother in Audio Book format. Spend a few hours with Nana Noonan and Maggie Mulvaney as they cheerfully inform you of the goings on in Telkwa and Terrace. There should be a warning for drivers, says Nana. "Make sure you tell them to stop driving if they start laughing too much. Look what happened to cousin Martin. He nearly drove into the Telkwa Cafe when he was listening to you telling the story of your Dad and the cesspool." Maggie says if that had happened, Telkwa would have beat Terrace and been the proud owners the first drive-in restaurant in the area.
- WATCH FOR Queen of the Gated Community, by Margo Bates. Nana Noonan and Maggie are back together —closer than ever — they even end up sharing Maggie's bedroom.
Not by choice. By recommendation of Judge Adams of the Provincial Court, with a blessing by newly-commissioned Sergeant Reems of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Detachment, Terrace. Nana pokes her nose into a lot of business that isn't hers to poke. Draft dodgers, hippies, one long funeral and an unprecedented snowfall make for a long, hot winter in the Pacific Northwest.
